Rooted in Company

Dial C partnered with Temporal Supper Club, the Madrid-based nomadic dining concept, for a two-night supper club exploring the idea of home through food. We celebrated the intersections of culture and place-drawing from the Mexican roots of our chef, the Italian heritage of Dial C co-founder Luisa, then based in Ethiopia, and the French, Cuban, and Dutch backgrounds of Dial C co-founders Lily & Tarina, now based in New York.
